I’ve used comgateway a handful of times now, and the payment side has been smooth every time. No random failed charges, no awkward delays, nothing that made me feel like I had to double-check everything. From how straightforward the process feels, I’m assuming they’ve got that part well sorted out. It just goes through and I can get on with my order, which is basically all I was hoping for

I mostly use the comGateway app to check on my packages and see shipping updates. It works well for me, and it’s easy to get around. Sometimes the tracking info takes a little while to refresh, which is a bit annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, it’s a good app and does what I need.

I really appreciate that comgateway can hold my packages for a while when I’m still waiting on other orders to arrive. It makes it way easier to combine everything into one shipment instead of feeling like I have to rush. I also asked support about it and they basically said something like, “No worries, your items can stay in storage while you wait,” which was reassuring. Overall, it’s been a convenient option for me.

I’ve used comgateway a few times now, the prices are fair. Shipping can definitely creep up and make you do a tiny double take, but even then it’s still cheaper than some other options I’ve looked at. Overall, I’m happy with the value and haven’t felt like my wallet was being completely destroyed

I wanted to like this feature because getting package updates should make things easier, but it’s been disappointing. Sometimes the alerts show up late, and other times I don’t get anything at all. I’ll feel relieved thinking everything is being tracked, then suddenly I realize I missed an update and I’m annoyed all over again. I reached out to support hoping for actual help, but the replies felt super generic, which just made the whole thing more frustrating

I thought the cost was a bit high at first, and I still kind of do. But at the same time, it feels fair enough for what you get. I wouldn’t call it cheap, but I also wouldn’t say it’s overpriced. Overall, I’m a little torn, but I’m okay with it.

"Good consolidation, just a bit slow"
I used comgateway to combine a few small orders into one box, and overall it went smoothly. The packing was neat, everything arrived in good shape, and nothing was damaged, which was the main thing I cared about.

I also liked that they removed some of the extra store packaging, so the final box was a bit smaller. The shipping cost still wasn’t exactly "cheap," but it felt reasonable enough for what I was sending.

The only downside was that the consolidation took a little longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I do wish the updates had been a bit faster. Overall, I’d give it "4 stars."

I’ve used comgateway a few times from what I remember, and most of my packages showed up without any issues. There was one order though that took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update as quickly as I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, just not something I’d call super consistent. Based on my past orders, I’d still use them again, but only if I’m not in a rush

I was expecting the usual headache with international shipping, because apparently getting something from one country to another is often treated like rocket science. But this was surprisingly easy. The site is easy to use for the most part. I was able to find my packages and make a payment without too much hassle, so that part was fine. But a few pages felt kind of slow, and the shipping options weren’t as clear as I expected. It does the job, but I’m not completely sure about the overall quality of the experience. The layout could definitely be cleaner and easier to follow. Overall, it was okay, not terrible, but not especially impressive either.
